FAQ
Are these workshops only for large churches?
Definitely not. They are for any size church. Again, Brent desires to work with you and your existing resources, systems, and ideas. He's here to help enhance and support you in your overall vision.
Can we bring multiple churches together for a workshop?
Sure can. Anything over 10 people does change the dynamic of more personal attention, but you can get creative and have a large group time with multiple church leaders and then break it down later in the day for your group.
What's the best day of the week to meet?
Any day is a possibility so consider the best opportunity for you and your key leaders.
Is it best to meet in the morning or night?
That is determined by you. Most of the time you'll want to work around your key leadership volunteers. If it's one-on-one, then normal day hours are just fine.
How does Brent get here?
Brent will fly in one evening and out the other, depending on your planned schedule.
How many people can I have attend?
As many as you'd like, but usually no more than 10 is best in order to get through a lot of material. More people takes on more questions and involvement which may or may not be what you like...it's up to you.
Can I meet with Brent one-on-one to have him evaluate some of my current ideas, systems, and processes, before I meet with my team?
Sure thing. A lot of times that is usually best in order to get a clear direction of the areas you'd like Brent to work with the team.
Where's the best place for us to meet when Brent is here?
You can choose to meet in your kids venue and/or a classroom; ultimately, meeting at tables works best for team involvement and communication.
What technical items does Brent need as he meets with us?
If you have a large screen monitor that can sit on a table that is the best scenario. However, if you don't have that Brent will illustrate directly off his own computer.
Can Brent come multiple times in a year to coach us?
Yes. This is a great way to follow up and see what systems have worked, need to be tweaked or just re-thought out as a whole.
Would this benefit my key leaders?
Definitely. It always helps them see your direction and to jump on board much quicker. Brent uses a lot of imagery to illustrate examples of ideas, and shares a lot of insight with individuals and their specific gifts. The leaders leave excited and focused which ultimately helps the overall team direction.
How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the size of your church. It will probably be much less than you expect and definitely is less than going to a conference with your team. The reason it's not posted, is he'd like to make sure that pricing doesn't impact the opportunity. He'll work with your budget...remember, he's a children's pastor too!
