This site is for Children's Leaders who desire ministry support, encouragement, insight, and especially hands on attention to enhancing their ministry.  Conferences are great, but too often we can't  immediately apply or address our own specific needs.  Brent Weber, with over 20 years in Children's Ministry has designed a 'hands on' approach and inspiring 'Grow' time at your church!  You choose the specific areas that you feel would be beneficial to you and your team and you'll enjoy breaking through barriers, creating new ideas, experiencing new concepts, and most exciting of all...being at your location with your environment and resources!
